SENIOR REP PROGRAM- INFORMATION

Pricing:  

The entire senior rep package is priced at $500 total, with the opportunity to earn back $$$ or gift cards (find out more info below). When all of these sessions are booked separately, the final price reaches $2,125+. Not only does being a senior rep save you 50% of your money, but it is also an amazing experience. Payments can be broken up as the year goes on, just a $250 deposit is due at the beginning of Summer! 

Goals: 

Working with all of my seniors throughout the year and forming a relationship means so much more than just providing a service. Making new friends while being allowed to be yourself is my goal for the rep program! The chance to build relationships that might last for years down the road, while also representing Felicia Marie Photography! 

Perks: 

Throughout the year, there will be various pop-up (2 are required) sessions to come together as a team and get some pics in, but to also touch base about how everyone’s school year is going! Each session will have a different theme/ vibe included for some fun! Every referral of a new client that mentions your name who booked a session with me your earn $25-$50or gift cards per referral).

Events: 

Along with different themed sessions, there will also be times throughout the year to get together and just talk about how the year is going for you. A time to gather with fellow reps and your photographer to get coffee, a fun outing together, a Christmas party, or just a time to hang out :) At the end of the year, there will be a special gift for each of my reps in the end!! 

Required Session Information: 

• Summer group session (Beginning of March): Kicking off the senior year right surrounded by a group of fellow reps… what could be any better than that. This session is a group session (with the location of my choosing) to meet and get some group shots of everyone who is a part of the rep team for the upcoming year! AND to also meet your photographer for the year, an opportunity for me to get to know each and every one of you! Lots of different themes and personalities coming together!! (Originally $250)
•  60-minute individual summer session (May-June): This session comes with up to two locations of your choice! 3 outfits of choice (Originally priced at $500) 
•  40-minute Individual Fall session (October): This session comes with the location of your choice. 2 outfits, if desired (Originally priced at $375) 

Group Fall Session (October): A time to connect in the middle of the semester as a group and to see one another as the busy season approaches!! (Originally priced at $250) 

• 30-minute Individual Spring Session/Cap and Gown (End of April/Beginning of May):  This session comes with the location of choice; either at your high school or Denver Metro Area ! This session comes with 1 outfit of choice, a location of choice! (Originally priced at $250) 
• Group cap and gown (May): My personal favorite session! This session comes with the location of my choice and an opportunity to come together one last time as a team! The final session before off to begin the next chapter of life! (Originally priced at $250) 

Throughout the year, there will be various pop-up sessions that you will have the opportunity to take part in. As a rep, you are required to attend 2 of them throughout the year. (Ex. Selfie Museum, City, Pumpkin Patch, Christmas, Fair, Arcade, mountains , lake etc.) (Originally priced at $250) 

Responsibilities as a rep: 

• Must pay the $250 retainer(with afterpay $62.50+ tax for first installment and biweekly there after, by February 1st to hold your spot as a fellow rep., and we can set up a payment plan for the remaining balance that best suits you!
• Share your images at least 4 times a month on your
• Instagram/ social media platforms. 
• Participate in at least two other pop-up group sessions throughout the year. 
• Post a minimum of at least 2-4 pictures from each shoot you attend on social media. 

• 2025 March - First group shoot ( we will all decide what colors everyone wears)
• 2025 Spring Mini Session: Pull out your favorite spring dress and we'll take photos during a short 30 minute session at a location of your choice in the Denver Metro Area!
• 2025 May/June We will be having senior Rep senior sessions these months (3 outfits of your choice and location)
• 2025 Fall Shoot (Group & Individual : A 40 min session, we can decide as a group location and up to two outfit changes.
• Winter Holiday Party: We will pick a day in December that works for everyone to celebrate the holidays, do a white elephant gift exchange, dinner and enjoy some fun games & activities!
• 2026 Spring Cap & Gown Shoot: This is a grand finale shoot as a team! Typically late April/May when everyone has received their caps and gowns from their school. We will highlight gowns and college tees or whatever path you've chosen for yourself post-high school! 
• Graduation Celebration: In early May, we will have one final gathering with all the senior reps and relish in all of their accomplishments at a fun spot in Denver Metro Area! 
• Value of everything listed above is $2,125+ USD, however as a Class of 2026 Senior Rep you are only required to pay $500 USD!
